When you complete the discovery call request form on our Contact page, we collect the details you provide -- typically your name, email address, organization name, role, and any context you choose to share about your situation. We do not require any information beyond what is needed to respond to your request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects certain technical information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and the source that referred you to the Site. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 and is used to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to discovery call requests and follow up with a practical next step
- Determine whether 2911 is the right partner for your organization

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:
HubSpot
Form submissions are processed and stored through HubSpot, Inc., our customer relationship management platform. HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own Privacy Policy. We use HubSpot solely to manage inquiry responses and do not use it for unsolicited outreach.
Google Analytics
Site usage data is processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics 4. Google may use this data as described in its Privacy Policy. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where supported.
Legal requirements and protection
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 2911, our clients, or the public.
4. Data retention
We retain form submission data in HubSpot for as long as necessary to manage our client relationships and fulfill any resulting engagements. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at info@2911impactpartners.com and we will act on your request promptly.
Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account, currently set to 14 months.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. Residents of California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), and other states with privacy laws may exercise their rights by contacting us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@2911impactpartners.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
The Site uses cookies for analytics purposes only (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels from social networks, or behavioral retargeting technology. You can control cookies through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out tool linked above.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
